Executive – Quality Assurance (Plant-Based)
Locations: Lucknow (Vitaday), Jammu (Ratan Oil), Kashipur (Rama Vision & Devarpan), Asansol (Kolkata) Specialty: Snacks
Role Objective: To represent the brand at 3rd party manufacturing sites, ensuring that production and quality meet company benchmarks for the snacks category.
Key Responsibilities:
- 3rd Party Oversight: Stationed at or frequently visiting 3rd party plants to monitor daily production and quality assurance.
- Snacks Speciality: Oversee specific processes related to snack manufacturing (frying, seasoning, packaging, shelf-life).
- Production Integration: Work closely with the production team to ensure quality is "built-in" to the manufacturing process.
- Audit & Hygiene: Ensure the 3rd party site maintains hygiene standards as per Samuh’s "Golden Standards."
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 2–4 years in Food QA/Production, specifically in the snacks/savory segment.
- Education: B.Tech/ MSc/ Diploma in Food Tech.
- Competencies: Ability to work independently at vendor sites and strong interpersonal skills for vendor management.
