Job Description

Role overview & Key responsibilities:

1. Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
2. Source and manage candidate pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
3. Assist in creating job descriptions and recruitment-related content.
4. Support employer branding initiatives and HR communication on LinkedIn and other platforms.
5. Assist with employee engagement activities, training coordination, and other HR initiatives.
6. Support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and preparing HR documentation.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, or related field
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
  • Gets excited about startup hustle and building things from scratch
