Role Overview
We are looking for a Frontend Developer with 1-2 years of experience in React and JavaScript to build fast, responsive, and user-friendly web experiences. You will work closely with design, product, backend, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React and JavaScript.
• Build reusable UI components and translate designs into functional interfaces.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.
• Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable frontend code.
• Debug and resolve UI, functional, and performance issues.
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.
• Use Git-based development workflows and follow frontend engineering best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1-2 years of professional frontend development experience.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), React, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Good understanding of React components, hooks, state management, and component lifecycle.
• Experience consuming REST APIs and working with JSON.
• Understanding of responsive design and browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with Git, npm/yarn, and modern frontend development tools.
• Good problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Good to Have
• Experience with TypeScript, Redux/Context API, Next.js, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of frontend testing frameworks.
• Experience working in a product-focused or fast-paced environment.
