    Compensation: ₹25K/month + performance bonus

    Who we’re looking for

    You'll manage a team of UGC creators making content about Kavana across Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. Your job is to find what works, make sure it gets replicated, and scale views month over month. This is not a "post and forget" role. You'll be in the trenches daily — tracking performance, spotting winners, and pushing creators to level up.

  • Communicate with creators daily and keep them on track
  • Monitor content performance across all accounts
  • Spot winning content and get it replicated fast
  • Give creators feedback on hooks, scripts, and quality
  • Build and run a performance tracking system
  • Report weekly on what's working and what's not
  • Find and onboard new creators as we grow

  • You can spot a winning hook in the first 2 seconds
  • You've managed freelancers, creators, or remote teams before
  • You're data-obsessed — always checking views, engagement, patterns
  • You communicate fast and clear (WhatsApp response time matters)
  • You're not afraid to give direct feedback
  • You're available during peak hours (12pm–10pm IST)
