- Engage with Customers to map out current processes.
- Solution the Everstage product to meet with the unique requirements of the Enterprise / Large-Enterprise customers.
- Determine input data required from various departments on the customer’s end.
- Draw out implementation plans, timelines and provide regular updates to customers during implementation.
- Configure customer instances and implement Compensation Plans for the required roles.
- Provide onboarding assistance and training to customer admins and payees.
- 3-6 yrs of experience in a relevant customer facing role for North America/ EU/ AUS regions.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Understanding of product integrations and APIs.
- Strong mathematical aptitude.
- Experience in handling enterprise customers.
- Proficient with SQL, Excel & Data Transformation.
- Comfortable in handling implementation projects independently.
- Basic understanding of variable compensation models.
- Experience of managing complex implementations.
- Startup experience.
