The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences, managing villa maintenance and upkeep, and driving operational efficiency to exceed guest expectations. Key Responsibilities • Guest Experience: Oversee the entire guest journey, from check-in to check-out, ensuring exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations • Villa Management: Manage villa maintenance, upkeep, and repairs, ensuring properties are immaculately presented and meet luxury standards • Operations Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of operations staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-performing teams • Process Optimization: Continuously review and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve guest satisfaction • Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure high-quality services and amenities • Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage operational budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, ensuring financial targets are met • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure villas meet luxury standards and guest expectations • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies Qualification & Experience • Degree in Hotel Management, 4–6 years’ experience in hospitality operations, luxury property management, or similar roles • Familiarity with luxury villa rentals, hospitality industry trends, and high-end guest expectations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with guests, staff, and vendors • Willingness to travel frequently What We Offer • Competitive Salary: A market-driven salary and benefits package • Opportunities for Growth: Join the team that's transforming the alternate accommodation industry and redefining the future of travel • Collaborative Work Environment: Be part of a dynamic team that embodies our core values: Trust & Transparency, Team First, and Taking Action.
