The platform team leads the continuous scaling and development of the firm’s program strategy, strategic partnerships, collaboration, and engagement with global technology companies and ecosystem partners. The team curates an exclusive global network of partners providing 3one4-portfolio companies access to a sought-after community of experts, intentional support and valuable resources. The Platform team designs and implements the firm’s program strategy to enable access to industry insights, curated talent pools, deep domain expertise, and operational frameworks for founders in building generational companies from the ground up. 3one4 Program Strategy also intentionally supports the firm and founders in establishing their brand and positioning in the ecosystem.
The team’s core responsibility is to develop our firm’s reputation and network to accelerate value creation, strengthen our profile as investors and support the growth of 3one4’s portfolio companies.
Your role as an Associate - Platform, Programs and Strategic Alliances will include:

Lead the continuous scaling and development of the firm's programs and community strategy to support founders and their teams in building generational companies.

Plan and oversee community events and programs end to end to deliver a transformational experience.

Build community amongst portfolio founders and our network of corporates and experts through various program initiatives fostering long-term connections between portfolio companies and executive and corporate networks.

Collaborate with Partners and various teams (e.g., Investing, Portfolio Management, Governance and Growth) at 3one4 Capital to weave community into our strategic and operational portfolio support across pillars including Brand, Talent, Product, Go-To-Market and Data.

Identify and build strategies to broaden and deepen our network of industry service providers, expert advisors, independent board members, and corporate development leaders. Ensure that our network strategy aligns with the firm’s investment focus and adds tangible value to our portfolio companies.

Deeply understand the portfolio needs and provide strategic support leveraging the 3one4 community (e.g., introductions to potential customers, partners, consultants, experts, etc.) Monitor ongoing collaborations within the portfolio company network and address any obstacles that might delay mutual engagement.

Set up systems and mechanisms to gather feedback from our network and community, ensuring that our initiatives are effective and evolve with the changing needs of our portfolio companies and the wider ecosystem.
