Key Responsibilities

Brand Voice and Storytelling Frameworks\

Help evolve and maintain the firm’s content voice and tone across different mediums

Contribute to building structured storytelling frameworks that reinforce 3one4’s thesis, values, and long-term positioning

Digital Presence and Performance

Manage 3one4’s social media presence with a strong focus on platform relevance, content quality, and audience engagement

Track performance across platforms, extract learnings, and apply them to inform content direction and new experiments

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with internal teams—across investments, platform, and leadership—to identify opportunities, gather insights, and shape content

Engage with portfolio companies and partners to spotlight their work and milestones within the broader firm narrative

Editorial Strategy and Execution

Develop and manage a structured content calendar across formats and channels—blogs, newsletters, social media, founder stories, case studies, and more

Own the end-to-end process from planning and drafting to design coordination, stakeholder review, and publishing

Ensure clarity, consistency, and narrative strength across all content

The Opportunity
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in content development, editorial planning, and digital communication. The ideal candidate combines strong writing capabilities with sound project management, a good design sensibility, and a structured approach to execution. Prior experience in fast-paced ecosystems such as startups, media, or consulting is preferred.
This position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact brand and content initiatives. The role sits at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and execution—and is designed for individuals who are looking to apply their editorial skills in a venture capital context.
